As part of the national innovation award ceremony, Verbund’s General Director Dipl. Ing. Wolfgang Anzengruber, in the presence of Minister Dr. Margarete Schramböck handed over the special prize VERENA to the research company Frauscher Thermal Motors. The award is a donation of Verbund AG for outstanding achievements in the field of renewable energy. On October 19th, 2020, Josef Frauscher was pleasured to receive this valuable prize, which was selected by a top-class jury for the development of a combustion engine for lean gases. For the company this award means not only additional motivation for the team, but also a welcome support for its public relations.
